Do not believe liar’s LIES. “. I called the merchant named in the email directly to tell them that I have NO account or credit card or any other credit products with the merchant. Apparently merchant did not report the debt to the collection agency or credit bureau because merchant was trying to collect my details. Since after filing bankruptcy in 2007 I did not incur debt of this magnitude which is nearly 10k. They should seek the person who used the big ticket items without paying for the items and used someone else’s name and contact. This paints a very negative image of the Canadian system to blame and harass law abiding and non-criminal Citizens of the society.
