TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN/INTEREST:
I am appealing to all on humanitarian basis to provide me legal protection from this harassment and abusive situation, there is a long list of false charges without legal protection, I have been arrested so many times, non-criminal.
I have completed all the requirement for CPP and OAS, submitted an affidavit on June 28 of 2023 in a meeting at 370 Catherine Street , second floor in Ottawa Ontario Canada which was initiated by Vicki Brasil and was also attended by Charlotte Langevin at my request as a witness. There was nothing mentioned about stopping my monthly OW social assistance payment or suspending the file.
On June 30 in the morning I was told money was sent to my bank account and it will be in my account 13h00. I checked my bank account around 14h00 but there was not direct deposit , so I went to OW office again around 14h30, I was told it was in your account, I asked her was it sent to some one else’s account, she checked again and said file was suspended.
How can my OW file be suspended in the afternoon of June 30 of 2023 without knowing the cause of it, while it was normal in the mirning. Definitely it is human manual intervention just to stop my money. This is a serious matter. For the past several months my OW social assistance cheque was incomplete and now on June 30th it was completely missing/stopped. WHY ??.
This is hostile and punishing behaviour towards me without any known cause for it. This is being done without telling me in writing.
I protest against such behaviour and ask for help from to send me back home immediately without any further delays, where I came from in 1993 before immigration to Canada (i.e. Jubail/Saudi Arabia).
Went to Community Legal Clinic at Nicholas Street corner building on 4th floor on June 30 around 16h20 to find out about this issue and get legal help. I came out of the clinic around 16h35 not miss my meal and bed attendance. She said she will call on Tue July 04 of 2023.
