TI WHOM IT MAY CONCERN/INTEREST.
When large number of criminal mind people operate and cooperate together to benefit from a fraud, hold each others lies with the help of the powerful and influential of that that, might succeed in hiding the truth for a long period of time for mutual benefit because they benefit from such crimes (rules enforcers or law enforcement becomes part of such operations not to prevent the crime but to benefit from it), but truth can not be suppressed for always, such groups might delay the truth by fear mongering and misguiding and confusing people who know the truth. Other techniques might be used to create doubts and suspecion about the truth and facts to delay until they succeed in crime.
This reminds me of a phrase I read from a church sign many years ago in Hamilton across from 671 Fennell Ave East, which meant that “people might live a little longer by telling lies but can not live longer than the truth”.
Using a specific name is not an issue. Any one can be named with any name which is mostly decided before birth, at birth or shortly after birth. If some one changes name in adult life may be due to negative intentions and is questionable. What is more questionable is when people use someone else’s name as a disguise for some activities instead of using their own legal name for such activitues. Also if they just want to use a specific person behind a specific name is a questionable matter and human rights issue. It is about the value of the profiles built into the system, which is accessible electronically by any one. A specific person with a specific profile is what makes it more desirable and popular.
For example there are other people by my name {KHALID MAHMOOD} but they don’t have the same profile and back ground as me, the undersigned. Also other {Khalid Mahmood} will have different ID numbers, so when their IDs will be used to access their profile, it will show a different person, which would be of no use or little use. So it is not sufficient to say that any one can use a specific name for their gain. No it can not be used. It becomes a commercial and legal issue. Such people should be able to show alternate names that they can use for their gain. If not than they should not be allowed.
Value or popularity of my name is not because people in the distant past used this name. They were all different profession and different background people, some of them were religious and some of them were political etc. Also, that far back, in the past there was no IDs and computer system to make it accessible remotely by any one. My name when associated with my ID numbers and profession makes it more valuable and desirable and people who are not capable to generate value themselves want to steal from my name. They should practice some common sense and honesty instead of using childish tantrums to overwhelm others by useless reasoning. This is something to think about.
