I used Mobile Order feature of McDonald’s app to order a coffee and muffin in Ottawa fast food outlet located at 252 Elgin Street in Ottawa on April 13 and April 18 of 2023. Staff did not seem attentive to the customers to orders at the resgisters. This location did not issue a itemized list of my mobile order # 2101 when it was delivered to me at the counter – I asked the staff about the itemized list of the order showing items which were ordered, order number and the name of the person, staff was not aware of it. McDonald’s should instruct their staff to issue such slips or the itemized lists of the order to the customers. There was a reason why the slip was generated/printed.
