Paid my rent by cash and E-Transfer at 10 Con over Crt. on December 02 of 2022 around 10h30 after I moved in on December 01 of 2022. Payment transaction was delayed by one day because room was not cleared emptied by the previous tenant who was from Germany. I am living at this address since Dec 01 of 2022 so Please do not believe any deception or lies. I have no intention to move out prematurely. If I get my flight back to Saudi Arabia earlier, Probably room will still be available to OW untill rent and deposit runs out. Posted 12/02/2022
