TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN/INTEREST
I remember during early years after we arrived as landed family in 1993 there was lot of talk about ID theft and how to prevent it, precautions etc. main concern was the financial damages due to ID theft which were covered by various financial programs but it was more of niusance and inconvenience. It was a serious crime and illegal.
I have come across another more serious crime which is about taking over some one’s life by lies by a large number of criminal minds operating world wide as a organization under sugar coated names and under the protection of position of powers and influential people. They would operate under the disguise of a name of some one without proper legal procedures and just by telling things which can not be proven and by the time crime gets uncovered such operators disappear and no one takes interest in it. This kind of theft electronically from the system of a specific name is very serious, more serious than ID theft. It is like using some one’s Frenchies without paying for it and justify the theft with various kind of illogical reasoning which have no legal explanation. Everybody wants to use some one’s original name and they change the original person’s name to something else. This is very serious crime. I don’t believe in this system of living or to say that some one allowed. That is utter non sense and criminal act. Only method to allow this is commercially like any business Frenchies by the original person not by a third person. It is common sense. People’s names are in the system for a reason, and are linked to a specific set of ID numbers and ID numbers are issued to a specific human. So just to pick a name from the data base and use it, is an illegal act because it impacts the original person linked to the name in the system.
