Why the following verification were not completed. All my email addresses and phone number was verified. How can these become unverified. Some kind of Human intervention to unset the verified data to make unverified. Something very serious. Responsible people/management should look into such incidents that why these incidents happen. It has happened in the past as well. I have been a long time Microsoft user (also a developer and solution provider). Truly speaking it has no commercial value it was just an account for internet shopping, if people mess it up,not a good thing. XBOX account under my profile was for my son he was a child in 2002 when I bought a computer game for him from Sear in Oxford valley. I always keep all my profiles free of trouble. Suppose if I do not contact Microsoft to fix the profile what will happen. I will delete the account and will not use Microsoft. If that is what these people want by messing it up. I believe that these verifications are done only once. These are open accounts, even children can setup these accounts. Why bother with so many verifications. Waste Of time and efforts.
