Visited the Hamilton Community Legal Clinic around 13h36 on June 03 of 2022. Front desk staff looked at the OW letter and said there is no other option for social assistance because I am not applying for OAS and CPP. I replied that I am giving up my Canadian Citizenship that’s why I am not applying for these long term govt. benefits.

I reminded that I am applying just for 48 days emergency assistance untill I get a flight out of the Canada. She also said that I (i e. the undersigned) can not get canadian money, my response was that “that’s why I am not applying for long term Govt. benefits i.e. Old age and CPP”.

A letter from OW in April 2022 and a letter from OW in June 2022 (which was issued in May) was received with contents that do not apply to my situation.
