TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN/INTEREST
Fourth time entry by Oliver (the manager, tall boy, uses maroon color truck and maroon color car) in the building around hip joint corner of unit #2 and unit #3 and third time damaged and vandalised my door light on April 11 of 2022 around 18h30 without asking, without talking.
He (Oliver) ripped my light for some unknown reason (third time in April 2022).
Even authorities communicate the issue with the people what they were in violation of (by writing or other means), how to fix it, what not to do again etc. What will be the penalty or fine if not fixed by a certain time etc. This person (Oliver), who vandalized and who I know as Diana’s Manager, appears to be above all this, he just comes around to this corner and starts ripping things apart vehemently without talking, with out explaining.
This is harrassment and abuse. I wonder what gives him this kind of powers, this is disrespects for people living in the building.
Obviously they are trying to make Unit#2-Unit#3 hip joint a dark corner, I wonder if there are any laws or by-laws made by the building standards department of the city hall to prevent darkness on the upper floors of the building where they have no windows and no sky light.
I called city Hall to find out if there were any laws that prevent me from putting a light on my door to prevent darkness in my corner. Person did not seem very knowledgeable about the building standards and did not try to understand the issue. She mentioned to report to police about the vandalism. But Department of Police does not listen to common people about such matters, they just listen to influential people. That’s why I do not want to involve the department of police in such issues. Department of Police is not neutral. They are biased and have no ability to understand such issues. They seem to serve the interest of certain people not of common people or the common sense.
He (Oliver) was heard to be talking to some one (in whispers) in hip joint unit #3. (Most likely the Arabic speaking person who operates blue line vehicle #137 and recently was seen using east side of the building, when he told me that he came back from Lebanon, while standing around unit #7 door in the passage).
He (Oliver) was seen in and out of unit #3 with another person shifting some stuff out of unit #3, perhaps making room for some one to move in.
It is not a good idea to put another person around a hip joint of unit #2 and unit #3, it causes lot of confusion and problems as I have seen before during the past five years. People do not know who is in unit #2 and who is unit #3 because these 2 units are hip joints. Only one unit (either unit #2 or unit #3) should be rented at one time to avoid confusion and for safety. Since I am already in unit #2 unit #3 should be vacant, unit #3 should be rented after I leave from the building. When some one comes out of unit #3 and stands by the door appears to be standing in front of unit #2 (to create confusion and to misguide and than feel proud about it, after misguiding and making fool.).
Hip joint is a trick to create confusion so that people do not know who came out from which door 2 or 3, (if no one was watching). Which door a person went in 2 or 3, if no one was watching.
People try to bump in this corner and other problems.
Some one please help me, Rescue me from here.

Monthly Tenant (in this building since 2017 May – Five years this month in 2022 – I was trapped to rent in such building, I did not ask for this address.)
A suggestion to the technical and Engineering Colleges/Universities to include some courses in their programme to prepare graduate students to learn to survive the shock and stress of govt. provided social assistance due to unemployment and unknown reasons, which I was never/not taught.

So what is the issue with it. I am not using electric light bulbs on my door#2. Lights that I use on my door#2 are low voltage and low current LEDs, operated by power bank or phone charger and phone wires. I am not using big bulbs lights which require housing/mounting, enclosure and fixture with electrical wiring.
