Since OW IVR is not accepting Income and Earnings report over the phone, I am submitting (zero) $0.00 Income report over here on my web site. I have chosen not to use on line services of OW (not mandatory because IVR has same functionality and is safer). Also Submitted handwritten document in the drop box located 250 main St. in Hamilton Ontario on 10/18/2021 at around 09h00 AM. (I walked to this location of OW from my ID address).

A suggestion to the technical and Engineering Colleges/Universities to include some courses in teir programme to prepare graduate students to learn to survive the shock and stress of govt. provided social assistance due to unemployment and unknown reasons, which I was never/not taught.
