TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN and/or TO WHOM IT MAY INTEREST
How many people in World who have absolutely NO medical conditions go for Colon Cancer Check using Govt. provided health care (and have been cleared many times for the same thing in the past). Would it not be considered waste of health care resources funded by tax payers money. It may be considered job creation or training for some people. Certainly, there may be better uses of such resources. People paying out of pocket would not go for such checks when they feel normal. (StatsCan might have some data available about it.)
