Unreliable information source/record keeping by presto/metrolinx fare card as was experienced on Feb 03 of 2021 at 11h54 AM HSR route 21

on February 03 of 2021 I boarded the HSR bus route 21 (east bound towards Heritage Greene) at 11h54 AM from Upper Sherman/Fennell (corner of Appliances store – STOP # 2052) which is just couple of minutes walk from the building where I live but the fare card activity report shows a wrong staring point. Not a reliable source of information. (I came out of the building at 11h40 AM).

HSR route 21 has no such stop in that direction as shown on the Presto activity report, From Hamilton GO center to Upper Gage time difference is unrealistic to be true. my starting point was Fennell / Upper Sherman and got off at Upper Gage to board HSR bus route 23 at 12h08 PM.

(on my way back I took a HSR bus route 24 from mohawk near Walmart and got off at Queendale stop and walked back to my place 671 Fennell Ave. East and entered the building through the back alley metal door to return to my apt./unit door #2. before 14h00 PM.)

Is this a bug/malfunction or human (manual) intervention to mess up with the information/ transit records.


I wonder if presto/metrolinx information is suitable for law enforcement, as is clearly evident from the incident I documented above that fare card shows wrong information. when it is correct and when it is not correct ? No one (at least I can speak for myself) checks the fare card transactions after every trip.
