2017:
Some of the following material/information is covered by my precautionary notes as well which I been updating as and when required.
1) Completed in-person EVR/EVP (as a mandatory appointment/meeting) at OW central office in Hamilton.2) Rent was reduced to CAD$400.00 per month by my rent receiver (Dianna, in a outdoor meeting in a parking lot outside CIBC branch located at Fennell and Upper Gage (around last week of November of 2017, after Dianna’s return from out of town trip).
2018:
Hamilton Police arrested me from my ID address after checking my Govt. issued ID on November 12 (after I let them in the building)Prior to this arrest there was a threatening text message received in August 2018 which (arrest date) perfectly matched with a date mentioned in the text. Screenshot of the text message was shared on this website.
2019:
Window Coverings issue was started by Oliver, I was bullied to remove my window coverings and an attempt was made to enter my Door #2 while I was indoors around noon time. A Link to the Audio file of the conversation when Oliver argued from outside my Door #2 while I was indoors and holding the door about the curtains “not looking nice” was shared on this website.
During this argument he mentioned that he will not bother me again. But at the time of updating this post in 2022, he has been constantly bothering me frequently. Obviously he does opposite of what he promises.
2020:
deadbolt-lock issues, my entry to my unit was blocked for 5 nights and days, (10/22 – 10/27)a week later on 10/31, again window covering issue, Oliver broke into my apt. Door #2 without prior notice, without my permission and/or court order/legal authorization, snatched/stole window coverings from the window inside and ran out (10/31) burglary style attack, looked at me eye to eye after grabbing the window coverings before running out with the loot.A Link to the 2nd Audio file of the conversation before he opened my Door #2 and entered was shared on this website.
November 21 of 2020:
My door light was stolen with the power cord by detaching it from the extension cord which was used on the inside from my door on 11/21/2020 between 10h30 am and 14h45 pm during my absence (Dianna spoke to me about some unknown rental issues while I was about to exit from the front side glass door of 671) when I came back from outside. My handwritten BRB sign and another sign under the light from the top of the door was stolen,
If these items with my handwriting are seen anywhere else in the world, is without my consent without my permission perhaps just to create deception or something else unknown, my location has not changed I am still at the same location which is my ID address, despite these visual changes on my door #2 and stuff thrown out from other units of the building on a non- trash day Saturday November 21 of 2020. Those who took this light from my door #2 and those who are in possession or want to use it for any purpose should be ready to face the consequences, I will not be responsible for any of these wrong doings.
Defeat the deception and bullies, defeat burglars and thugs and the illusionists.
This is harassment and show of muscle power, and illegal act by any standards, my rent is fully paid and current as agreed. Even if someone was a defaulter for any reason this behaviour without a court order and procedures will be unacceptable and hostile.
COVID-19 rules are still in effect have not been lifted.Something to think about.

I was resident in Niagara region at that time.
Moved to Hamilton (HOC) in 2017 May.

A suggestion to the technical and Engineering Colleges/Universities to include some courses in their programme to prepare graduate students to learn to survive the shock and stress of govt. provided social assistance due to unemployment and unknown reasons, which I was never/not taught.
