I heard a knock around 20h45, it was not clear weather it was on my Door 2 or Door 3.

So I asked which door was the knock on 2 or 3 , no response, no reply, I asked who was knocking, then it turned out it was Oliver knocking on my door 2 who wanted to show me some documents, I said tomorrow morning (10/22/2020) he will be here at 08h00 am in the morning. Not sure what this is about.

Doors are so close to each other that it becomes difficult to make a difference , that’s why I always request people to say the name of the person they wish to see or talk to instead of knocking.

I waited for five minutes over 8h00 O’clock on 10/22/2020 , before going outside the building – Oliver no show. I looked at the back side of the building as well to see if his vehicle was parked around the Building.

He (Oliver) called me around 08:30 he was late , traffic etc. Again some rent issue, I suggested legal procedures to resolve it. He (Oliver) hung up after unpleasant conversation and talking about lot of trouble etc. Very strange behaviour, I have told them about it so many times Dianna reduced rent to $400.00 in November 2017 and wrote a signed receipt in her own handwriting. $400.00 is more than OW’s authorized amount paid direct to rent receiver after deduction from my monthly cheque. There was no further appointment time set for any meeting in this matter, now legal procedures. To avoid harasment his number was put on block list, I wonder how he broke into my phone’s call protection . This is serious security issue, block lists and programs can not be trusted, another illusion or fraud.

This is the by law I received as mail insert in OW monthly envelope few months ago.This by law is till valid. For any dispute you need to give it to me in writing.-

Insert was already published on August 17 of 2020 and can still be viewed on this web site.

(POWER CUTOFF – Electricity of my apt 2 – door 2 was cutoff or turned off at the breaker on October 18 of 2020 around 10h20 am perhaps as a show of muscle power – misuse and abuse of Authority).

{POWER RESTORED – Lights of my unit 2 were seen back on around 11h45 on 10/18/2020 when I got back from outside after a quick Dollarama and Tim Hortons trip.}

  1. Comment on my own information on October 26 of 2020
    Dead bolt lock – key not inserting issue not fixed yet.
    Called city hall, Mayor’s office Paul said since this not a city property they can not help. Ward 7 councillor told me in a conversation that this building was city property. Who is right who is wrong.
    Due to this I am in difficulty,
    My rent is paid untill the end of this month but my entry has been blocked since Thursday October 22 of 2020.

    Lamis Ahmed did the same in 2016 – Victoria Day 2016 called police late at night to tell me to leave the house without re-imbursing me the balance of rent and without giving me my property, in the middle of night around 2 ‘ O clock.

    McMaster students agreed to sublet me in 2017 when I moved from Niagara Region, but after I left from previous place in Niagara Region and travelled to / arrived in Hamilton on April 19 of 2017, sublet students did not honor their committment and just after one night they told me to leave. As a result of it I had no place for 10 days untill I moved to 671. For 10 days I was without a place few nights in the shelters, few sleepless nights
    So there is a pttern in it. Three incidents with similarity.
    Fourth incident described below.
    Why did they rent me. If this is what they want to do to me.

    Same was done to me when I was rent paying monthly tenant at Court Side Inn in Niagara Falls Ontario. Entrance blocked of my door knob lock damage and rent was paid on a closed unit unitll the end of May 2015 , NO rent was re imbursed as result this closure. And I was in St. Catharine shelters for the months of May, June and mid July in 2015.
    Fourth such incident, three such incidents published in my own comments earlier.
    Similarity and pattern in these incidents.
    Why , are these rental places trap for tenants. Authorities should I vestogate these incidents. None of these for rent non-payment. They owe money they did not re imburse.

    Why ?? , are these rental places trap for tenants. Authorities should investigate these incidents. None of these incidents were due to rent non-payment. In fact, they owe money they did not re imburse and inconvenience ence and hardship caused by these games, personal belongings, property, other essentials are not returned either. OW does not compensate for such loses. I never knew nearly 30 years ago about this kind of living in Canada otherwise probably I would have made made different decision to continue with my engineering contract in Saudi Arabia.

  4. Comment on my website and information on October 27 of 2020. I called Mayor’s office on October 26 to speak to Paul to followup regarding lock smith. He authorised me to get it fixed by a locksmith. Neighbourhood locksmith was off today around 16h30, so I will follow up the matter on October 27 to get a locksmith to come and fix the issue.

  5. Comment on own information on October 27 of 2020. Regained the entry into my unit 2 on 10/27/2020 around 11h30.
    Paid cash $252.50 to locksmith, more money required to replace the lock with another one. Lack of money prevented from finishing the work at the same time.
