OW IVR is playing a message that I have no access to my personal information dated April 08 of 2023 around 11h00. (I am not retiring because I want to go back to my previous home, previous contract work in Saudi Arabia). Please call me direct, talk to me direct, deal with me direct. Four page appeal document written by myself in my own handwriting in January 2023 remains valid in April 2023 and future month as well, as long as my flight was not given to me in response to my appeal to go back home of before immigration in 1993. Since July 22 of 2022 I was sheltered at 15 Wilkinson Rd, Brampton Ontario L6T4X1. As of December 01 of 2022 I rented a room on monthly basis at 10 Conover Court in Brampton (Upstairs). I was evicted from this address by a handwritten note on Family Day 2023. Due to this I sheltered myself in Ottawa as of April 03 of 2023 because OW stopped my rent in April and issued a incomplete cheque. I have filed an appeal to the lawyers to look into this issue, I need emergency financial aid in Ottawa in addition to regulate monthly cheqye. I noticed that when music app (or Shazam app) is launched it prompts for APPLE ID and waits for a input response as shown below on screen shot.

For clarity purpose it should clearly ask for email address which is more generic or login user id. This is just a consumer level user login credentials (some times referred to as ID but not a staff ID absolutely not).

Otherwise it may appear like staff ID which is very misleading, app users are customers but not staff.

Normally company email ID would show company name as domain name, such as xxxx@apple.com etc. Or any other company name.

same suggestion as above to IBM.

A (customer) loyalty points program in Canada PC Optimum uses the term PC id but they correctly prompt for email address. In my opinion it would be inappropriate NOT to use correct terminology for web logins.

My email address is not owned by IBM business neither by APPLE business or any other person or entity or organization because it is based on my own domain name.

My email address is my personal asset.

I have cancelled my trial subscription of APPLE MUSIC due to unacceptable performance on Android 7.1.1.1 ZTE axon 7 mini phone.
App was uninstalled as well.
