OW file was reactivated in Brampton and got incomplete cheques in August, September, October without rent amount and rent amount was received as a separate payment in November of 2022. December rent and last month deposit was received in December 2022. Why OW IVR not yet fully setup and not giving me access to my own information even in Ottawa. who blocked it. and why ?? OW IVR is playing a message that I have no access to my personal information dated April 08 of 2023 around 11h00. (I am not retiring because I want to go back to my previous home, previous contract work in Saudi Arabia). Please call me direct, talk to me direct, deal with me direct. Due to this I sheltered myself in Ottawa as of April 03 of 2023 because OW stopped my rent in April and issued a incomplete cheque. I have filed an appeal to the lawyers to look into this issue, I need emergency financial aid in Ottawa in addition to regulate monthly cheqye.
