I submitted following screenshots by email but were bounced back –Following screenshot is for ticket#:1901179 – why it does not show the OneDrive storage capacity available (or used up). I have Office 365 subscription under my domain m0168.org

    Microsoft support called me on March 12 around 21h30 regarding alias issue to discuss the matter and details about it.
    No call yet regarding the OneDrive storage space showing on the app.

    No fix provided by Microsoft yet. Received two calls today from Microsoft untrained phone operators, unnecessary conversation, they don’t understand what I am showing them.
    Very disappointing.
