Although I was visiting Canada but I was not a visitor because I am a Citizen of Canada. two months back I entered kingdom through Dammam air port on Saturday 3 Jumada al-thani 1445 Hijri corresponding to Saturday 16 December 2023 AD according to the Hijri and Gregorian calendar. Updated in the months of March/April 2024. I was in Ottawa Ontario Canada at my lease and ID address, same place since August 01 of 2023. Do not believe any other information i.e. rumours, lies and disinformation, defamation driven by malicious intents and negatively motivated procrastination which was against my needs and interests etc. Everyone has a right to make a living but I was stopped from it. Indirect but very clear malicious intents program which may not have been detected early on. Does it mean that all the disciplining programs for adults were driven by malicious intents. As of August 01 of 2023 I was a tenant at 1909 Russell Rd, apt #307, Ottawa ON K1G3P2, back on housing program. – As of March 2024, I live in Alkhobar Saudi Arabia with the intentions to roll back my life to my past and get back to same contract/work as I was doing before 1993. Physically big (i.e. Giants) and mentally big (i.e. mentally giants) are two very different kind of humans. some one's mental capacity does not represent physical size. There was a saying that describes a similar concept for some situations that "best things in life come in small packages". For many months my monthly OW social assistance cheque was incomplete and is still incomplete. Incomplete cheque and deduction due to rent pay direct setup are two different matters not the same. I am back in Ottawa as of April 03 after nearly 12 years, So I am not Located in Niagara, Hamilton, (Brampton) Peel any more, too many illegal evictions and mail box keys frauds. (I was forced out of my residence of over five years at Fennell Ave East in Hamilton ON L8V1V3 unlawfully without legal N4 on the morning of June 19 of 2022, was A CRIME AGAINST A AGE SENIOR. I AM BLESSED THAT I AM HIGHLY QUALIFIED MY EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY VALUABLE, SO I CAN NOT BE MADE DESTITUTE. All my correspondence/documents/letters were left behind at that address. Also I want to mention that since it was not my mission to live under the disguise of a destitute, no one can succeed in making me destitute. THIS MUST BE A disappointment FOR MY ENEMIES. When we landed in Canada in December 1993 I was reasonably wealthy to afford own rental apartment and not seek a shelter. 30 years in North America has depleted me of all of my financial resources and possessions but could not deplete me of my education, experience and discipline. Credit goes to my parents and their wisdom to raise me like the way I am today. why my ODSP payments were not started yet as of March 15 of 2023, my ODSP application was processed and approved about a year ago in Hamilton before the incident of June 19. For nearly 32 weeks since December 2021 no money was received from Social services (OW or ODSP). OW file was reactivated in Brampton and got incomplete cheques in August, September, October without rent amount and rent amount was received as a separate payment in November of 2022. December rent and last month deposit was received in December 2022. Why OW IVR not yet fully setup and not giving me access to my own information even in Ottawa. who blocked it. and why ?? OW IVR is playing a message that I have no access to my personal information dated April 08 of 2023 around 11h00. (I am not retiring because I want to go back to my previous home, previous contract work in Saudi Arabia). Please call me direct, talk to me direct, deal with me direct. Four page appeal document written by myself in my own handwriting in January 2023 remains valid in April 2023 and future month as well, as long as my flight was not given to me in response to my appeal to go back home of before immigration in 1993. Since July 22 of 2022 I was sheltered at 15 Wilkinson Rd, Brampton Ontario L6T4X1. As of December 01 of 2022 I rented a room on monthly basis at 10 Conover Court in Brampton (Upstairs). I was evicted from this address by a handwritten note on Family Day 2023. Due to this I sheltered myself in Ottawa as of April 03 of 2023 because OW stopped my rent in April and issued a incomplete cheque. I have filed an appeal to the lawyers to look into this issue, I need emergency financial aid in Ottawa in addition to regulate monthly cheqye. IF ANYONE FEELS IMPACTED BY MY DOCUMENTED PERSONAL LIFE EXPERIENCES and information WOULD BE BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN GUILT OF WRONG DOINGS, I AM NOT WRITING AGAINST ANY SPECIFIC PERSON, except documenting about my own situation and experiences, where as OTHERS have been STRATEGIZING AND TARGETING AGAINST A SPECIFIC PERSON (i.e. myself, the {KHALID MAHMOOD}).
