ALERT ALERT!! Precautionary note -Regarding my monthly OW welfare envelope on November 29 of 2019

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Published at 17h00 pm on November 29 of 2019 that my monthly envelope from OW welfare was not yet received in my letter box #2 at my address 671 Fennell Ave. East,

Hamilton Ontario L8V1V3 Canada.

Also note that my letter box is not (NOT) shared if anyone else is using letter box# 2 without my knowledge would be illegal and unauthorised. Retail outlet of Canada Post has checked my ID M01684340561220 to verify my address.

PRECAUTIONARY NOTE:

This is in addition/continuation to my previous precautionary note that if any document, piece of mail or any envelope with my Hamilton Ontario Canada name & address, seen anywhere in the World or anywhere in Canada must be reported to me or to the relevant authorities immediately.

I am commenting on my own information in December 02 of 2019. Visited the OW Central office this morning around 08h45 am to find out about this envelope. No information. I was given a dental card instead upon my request.
Went to CLC as well to inform them about this issue.
