Do not believe any other information i.e. rumours, lies and disinformation, defamation driven by malicious intents and negatively motivated procrastination which was against my needs and interests etc. Everyone has a right to make a living but I was stopped from it. Indirect but very clear malicious intents program which may not have been detected early on. Does it mean that all the disciplining programs for adults were driven by malicious intents. As of August 01 of 2023 I was a tenant at 1909 Russell Rd, apt #307, Ottawa ON K1G3P2, back on housing program. – As of March 2024, I live in Alkhobar Saudi Arabia with the intentions to roll back my life to my past and get back to same contract/work as I was doing before 1993. Physically big (i.e. Giants) and mentally big (i.e. mentally giants) are two very different kind of humans. some one's mental capacity does not represent physical size. There was a saying that describes a similar concept for some situations that "best things in life come in small packages". For many months my monthly OW social assistance cheque was incomplete and is still incomplete. Incomplete cheque and deduction due to rent pay direct setup are two different matters not the same. I am back in Ottawa as of April 03 after nearly 12 years, So I am not Located in Niagara, Hamilton, (Brampton) Peel any more, too many illegal evictions and mail box keys frauds. OW file was reactivated in Brampton and got incomplete cheques in August, September, October without rent amount and rent amount was received as a separate payment in November of 2022. December rent and last month deposit was received in December 2022. Why OW IVR not yet fully setup and not giving me access to my own information even in Ottawa. who blocked it. and why ?? OW IVR is playing a message that I have no access to my personal information dated April 08 of 2023 around 11h00. (I am not retiring because I want to go back to my previous home, previous contract work in Saudi Arabia). Please call me direct, talk to me direct, deal with me direct. Four page appeal document written by myself in my own handwriting in January 2023 remains valid in April 2023 and future month as well, as long as my flight was not given to me in response to my appeal to go back home of before immigration in 1993. Since July 22 of 2022 I was sheltered at 15 Wilkinson Rd, Brampton Ontario L6T4X1. As of December 01 of 2022 I rented a room on monthly basis at 10 Conover Court in Brampton (Upstairs). I was evicted from this address by a handwritten note on Family Day 2023. Due to this I sheltered myself in Ottawa as of April 03 of 2023 because OW stopped my rent in April and issued a incomplete cheque. I have filed an appeal to the lawyers to look into this issue, I need emergency financial aid in Ottawa in addition to regulate monthly cheqye. IF ANYONE FEELS IMPACTED BY MY DOCUMENTED PERSONAL LIFE EXPERIENCES and information WOULD BE BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN GUILT OF WRONG DOINGS, I AM NOT WRITING AGAINST ANY SPECIFIC PERSON, except documenting about my own situation and experiences, where as OTHERS have been STRATEGIZING AND TARGETING AGAINST A SPECIFIC PERSON (i.e. myself, the {KHALID MAHMOOD}). It is a (serious) human rights issue to force people to a certain way of living when they are on welfare because of no income. For him (Oliver, Dianna’s Manager) my curtain did not look nice so he threatened and attempted to break into my unit #2 to force his way of living upon me, while I was eating my lunch. Building across and other buildings in the area have curtains in the windows, so what is the rationale and real reason behind this objection and use of unacceptable tactics/threat to force me to take down the curtain. Is it some kind of hate and discrimination directed towards me.I wonder what is the role of legal system (such as Land Lord tenant board in this context) if one party can achieve their objectives by harrasment, threatening and bulleying the others (me the writer as a tenant in this situation).

Something to think about.

No rent owed as it was reduced to $400.00 from November 2017 due to reduction of $160.00 in my OW welfare monthly cheque in October of 2017.Receipt below written by Dianna clearly shows rent reduction.

Comment on my own information on December 03 of 2019. Same Laywer “Annie Law” who spoke to me around 15h00 a week ago on November 26 of 2019 and was not able to answer my question regarding what changed the eligibility to close file in 2007 in Ottawa wrote a summary of the files which were submitted to CLC about a month ago. Summary letter was received today but without answer to my questions. I provided the questions to determine the correction of the overpayment issue and to establish the fact that there was no overpayment.
