ATTN: Canada Computers & Electronics Upper Wentworth location: Regrding Service Center

Staff at the above location is having a hard time locating the Service Center or manufacturer contact of ZTE Axon 7 mini that I bought from this store on February 28 of this year. I need android upgrade to version 8 on micro SD but staff was not able to find contact information. What about those who pay to get extended warranty and get nothing out of it.

What is the purpose of warranty or extended warranty if a business can’t honor its committment.
