My personal experiences with pcoptimum points.

pcoptimum should upgrade or fix their points system. A week ago when I bought dressing pouches, system had difficulty updating the points on my card. Today when I used points at the shoppers drug mart located at upper james in Hamilton, the system failed again to apply points toward my purchase for some reason not known to me.

Not a pleasant experience. as a result of this experience I cancelled the transaction and decided not to buy from that location.

pcoptimum should look into this. why this happened ?
