This morning on Christmas day of 2018 I experienced a interesting situation at a Big Bear store in Hamilton located at Concession and Upper Sherman.
I paid for purchase of two items by interac debit, person operating the machine gave me merchant Copy of the receipt printed by the machine, I asked him for card holder copy and gave merchant Copy back to him, he was not able to understand what I was telling him. He said it is the same, After a bit of hesitation he printed another copy but still merchant Copy, I refused to take the merchant Copy.
If merchant Copy and card holder copy is the same why print two different copies.
What is behind this, something to think about,
