A message appeared in my inbox in October thanking me for attending, I did not attend because I have no means to attend this conference. Please cooperate with me in finding the reason behind this message. IEEE has sufficient expertise to resolve this technically by analysing how this happened, where it started.

This may be part of deception. I have been writing about for several years.
