While I was going through my records I found original purchase receipt of my phone from Wind (now known as Freedom mobile), what I find objectionable is that sales staff makes up information such as email address, was not noticed at the time of purchase. It got corrected when I upgraded my plan from Wind 20 to HOME 30 early this year in March of 2018. Also it was found that they were keeping my number at two different addresses, which got fixed early this year but is questionable that their billing and online profile databases are not in sync. I don’t use hotmail.com email address so is false.
Since the time of original purchase I have changed my hand set few times but still have the same number since Feb 2013.
