ATTN Freedom Mobile in Ontario Canada: I find it unbelievable that your billing/payment systems and web based customer databases are not synchronized. I updated my web based customer profile almost a year ago around May 2017, however recently when I loaded some money in Hamilton at Lime Ridge mall Store the system printed a payment receipt with my previous address of Niagara Region (very strange) Sales person told me that all systems are not integrated and are maintained separately. Why. How would a customer know which database systems are updated and which ones are not – Please look into this. If and when required I can submit receipts to explain further.
