This seems to be a serious outage. Their account login is out of service and cell tower is out of service.
Around 22h00 spoke to freedommobile supervisor using my alternate number, they have no expected time of service restoration at this time, their tools were down because of which accounts were not accessible and communication cell towers was down as well. Never experienced this kind of outage since I became a customer of wind mobile in Feb 2013 which later on rebranded to freedommobile perhaps in 2016 or 2017. They were not able not access my account with Ottawa based mobile number 6134139812 (issued to me in May 2023) or the DBC number which was issued to me in 2013 in St. Catherines with a 289 number.
Phone Service was restored by the morning of September 13 around 07h00
