I just spoke Google 1 support, she transferred my call to workspace support, was waiting for their response 16h19, no one was available to take my call. I was given a url to contact sales for the following issue. She was acting like a high school kid, no professional training to talk to a subscribering customer, was not listening to what I was telling her regarding email address and domain which was linked to Google workspace but was hosted by a different company (NOT hosted by Google) also submitted to google over messenger.-
Please contact the underdsigned immediately to resolve this matter.
Since Google 1 was not working I posting this message. Requires immediate attention.

Youtube premium subscription. Although it was listed twice, I am using only one subscription. Remove the duplication.
Because of changed interface on the web transactions are not visible at present, please restore all my past transactions records.
First email account on Gmail domain kxmahmood@gmail.com was setup by me around cira year 2006. I used to have IEEE Google apps email account as well since 2013 which was dependent on my IEEE membership. At present I am not using IEEE email account.
