October 31 of 2025: a rainy and and windy morning in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2 as was see-through the windows of my apartment.
October 30 of 2025: rainy and windy all day, bought my morning meal at a Cora restaurant for dine in nrwa Lincoln Fields Mall and Pine Crest community centre, many years ago attended some employment and information sessions in this area, back to the building in my apartment via LincolnFields station, Baseline station, merivale mall, greenboro station. elmvale station etc. walked from elmvale station to the building since there was no bus available perhaps due to rain.
October 29 of 2025: back in my apartment after a busy day outdoors in Ottawa Ontario Canada
October 29 of 2025: bought my buffett breakfast at HGI for dine. It was noticed that Scotiabank 2FA did work, was out of sync, taking too long to send a authentication number in the inbox by sms, “receive by call option” was not fully functional as well this morning.
October 28 of 2025: stepped out of my apartment around 06h00, oc transpo stops located in the street were not mandatory stop, bus will stop if required, but the stops located at the stations were mandatory stops, such as lincoln fields, Baseline etc. However, Some bus operators miss to make the mandatory station stops. Bought a bottle of milk and a bag of chips from Starbucks near Stafford Rd for dine in. On the way back made few stops and bought a pack of pita bread from independent grocery store in the neighbour hood of my building. Came back to my apartment. Several people were seen in the corridor A near lounge door, one person was seen sitting in the lounge, couple of people were seen using rocking swing chairs outside the lounge.
October 27 of 2025: bus stop# 8355 (Russell/Haig) was still out of sync with bus display located inside the bus as was seen around 13h40.
October 26 of 2025: Bought my food for dine-in at a Restaurant in Merivale/Meadowlands area. Back in my apartment around 15h30 via St-Laurent Station, made few stops on the way. Chrome browser was showing wrong coordinates/postal code, can not be trusted for precise whereabouts only city level accuracy like plus coordinates. It was detected that some discount stores were mixing up different type of vinegars on the same shelves such as the one used for food and another type of vinegar used for cleaning purpose but different type of bottles.
October 25 of 2025: Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} was still in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2 at his ID address, has not gone anywhere as of this day at the time of keying in, if there was anyother information about his whereabout was wrong, don’t believe, decption, choose to live in adults realistic world not in virtual world, virtual world was just kids game.
October 25 of 2025: Route 48 bound for Carleton Univ. was out of sync with the bus stops on Russell Rd, announced a wrong name at the “Haig Dr.” Stop (stop #8355 Russell/Haig i.e. stop after Rideau Perley on Russell Rd in direction Hurdman station to Carleton University) around 11h45, this was the stop where I got off the bus to walk to the B side entrance of my building to get to my apartment. (Google map is outdated on this route, has not been updated after or during implementing the “New Ways to Bus” by OC transpo).
October 24 of 2025: found Rogers bill in my inbox, I will settle this bill before the due date to avoid late surcharge. I have made a paymemt Rogers bill around 15h20 at the carlingwood mall branch of Scotiabank branch after I received a small amount GIS deposit from Service Canada. Banking industry and regulators should consider to automatically end a session of a transaction that was started by the account owner after inserting the card in the machine at the teller’s counter, so that the tellers do not keep the account open on the screen after a customer steps away after completing the transaction. If the session screen was not signed off/logged off immediately at the end of the transaction, staff may take a peek (snooping) through the previous transactions which they may not understand fully, specially when they were newly recruited in the position or if they had malicious intentions about a specific account owner. Now adays there were no specific staff banking officers assigned to a owner’s account to fully understand the past. In the early years after immigration to Canada in 1993, I used to have a specific officer to deal with for my banking needs and they knew me from the beginning, since the time when banks used to have pass book system in addition to statements.
October 23 of 2025: 11h53 OC Transpo route 11 bus towards Bayshore arrived at the stop #8674 (i.e. Lincoln Fields Mall stop with the shed) with a wrong sign of Waller and went towards Bayshore at the next street light. Next bus of route 11 also arrived with the sign of Waller but went towards Tunney’s Pasture station via Richmond (right turn at the light).
Because of wrong sign on 11h53 route 11, I decided not to take the bus and wait for the next bus, but the next route 11 bus on the stop arrived was also Waller sign, did not go towardse Bayshore. Route 11 in both directions use this same stop #8674 where I wasd waiting around noon time. Passed though the same stop again around 14h40
October 22 of 2025: 11h30 to 16h00 and 19h30 to 21h30. Bought few essentials from Indeiendent store and also from food basics store.
October 21 of 2025: stepped out of my apartment early morning, passed by the YMCA lobby/lounge, walked through glebe area bought a cup of coffee from Starbucks, back to my apartment by 11h30 via HGI, Mooney’s bay, Whole food, bought a expensive whole chicken, was not done very well, not worth it. made few stops on the way back.
October 20 of 2025: a man was heard speaking loudly around 15h30, I stepped out of my apartment to see what was happening. I saw a man leaning on the opposite door while holding the railing mounted on the wall with one hand, facing my apartment door and a phone to his ear with the other hand, I asked him if he was waiting for me, he nodded sonething with his head, without spoken answer to my question. I went down to the lobby, it was still raining cats and dogs, oc – paratranspo bus arrived, a car also arrived. I went back to my apartment, leaning man was gone.
October 20 of 2025: Bought my morning meal at a restaurant across from the Mercedese showroom. Visited Minto place, bought few essentials from Rexall came back to my apartment around 11h45, prepared my own lunch. It was a rainy and windy day to decide cut short my activities of the day. I am in my apartment for remainder of the day.
October 19 of 2025: went through some of the neighbourhoods where I used to live in the past. Heron Rd mcdonalds, Dynes Rd area, walked on baseline, st-laurent station, bought food at Liam McGuire restaure for dine in, walked back to my apartment between 15h30 and 16h00.
October 18 of 2025: staff of one retail store referred to me as “her” in their conversation. I mentioned to them “talk to her first” I was not a woman, I am a man (men are referred to by him/his/he etc.) – all retail stores and businesses should take a note of it that Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} was not a female.
October 18 of 2025: visited a HomeSense store to find out about their items sold by one store who bar codes were recognized by the other branded store as well. It was mentioned by the TJX staff that since there was no sophisticated inventory tracking systems and probably POS terminals were not integrated, it was possible that item sold by one store may be considered not sold or stolen by the other store of the TJX group. It was mentioned that receipt can be shown as proof of purchase. But than how long to keep the receipt for the long lasting items such as Furniture, clothes, aplliances etc. If such system related discrepancies of the retail industry result in legal complications and/or in ruining customers credibility, credit records etc, for the consumers, why should consumers buy from retail stores, why should consumers spend their money to get in this retail mess. Relevant agencies should look into these issues for the protection of consumers.
October 17 of 2025: in and out most of the day. Bailey’s coffee at Holiday Inn.
October 16 of 2025: It was heard from a AIP staff in the building who was seen operating from the lounge location that some repair work was going on in the building. Also some remote monitoring or door opening sensor/detectors or gadgets were seen installed on the top of the door, one such device was in the men’s room on floor 1, located adjacent to lounge.
October 16 of 2025: visited the Bayshore area neighbourhood for a coffee. Bilal was less than one year age when we lived in Bayshore area. Came back to my apartment around 20h45. ate my meals at home.
October 16 of 2025: an expensive SUV stopped near me at a bus stop (heatherington, Herongate mall area) where I was waiting for route 44, vehicle stopped near me and a boy in the driving seat made a gesture towards me to go closer to the vehicle and asked for some help, which I am sure was to extract a negative response from me. I suggested something to help him but he drove away, he appeared to be wealthy loaded with gold jewelry etc. I wonder why he was not able to contact professional help from CAA or 911 if it was emergency. He was a complete show off, full of rudeness and perhaps was trained to be a professional trapper, spoke in kind of middle eastern or Arabic accent. If such people need to make a call should go to a public phone. I have a bad experience from the past because of responding to such help request. It would be unimaginable that such wealthy boys do not carry a phone. If they were not allowed to use a phone than it would be even more serious to help such boys.
October 16 of 2025: bought a happy meal with coffee and juice at the mcdonald restaurant opposite Palmgate apartments, used coffee and juice and did not consume the children’s happy meal which came with a toy. This McDonald restaurant used to be right across from the Palmgates apartments during 1996-1998 when we lived in the building. Perhaps after demolishing Herongare mall Quickie store was built at the McDonald’s spot across from the building and current McDonald’s fastfood was built little bit away frome the building and behind Quickie store. Originally Quickie store and Canada Post outlet was located inside the Herongate mall.
Bilal was born in a Ottawa Hospital when we lived in this building and the mcdonald was located across from the community passage, other businesses did not exist at that time across from this pedestrian passage. Bilal lived with his parents and two siblings in this building from October 17 or 18 of 1997 to July 1 of 1998
October 15 of 2025: as of this day my Samsung A35 is at android veesion 16. Cheers !! Hurray !!! This phone when I purchased from a Staples store in Ottawa Ontario Canada in November 2024 was at android 14.
October 15 of 2025: Once upon a time I documented that receipts and other records were missing from my subscription cloud storage, recently it was noticed that small amount payment records, purchase transactions on credit card statements were missing as well during the past six months. I do not purchase expensive items, only personal use items, and always pay them on the spot, either by cash out of pocker or legally my own card payment. I do not discard the maxed out cards rather I make payments to the cards to make them usable for purchases again.
October 14 of 2025: I bought one item from winners store and one items from Homesense store both with Homesense price sticker and paid both items at HomeSense store cash register by my card. This Store has only big bags, no small bags, so I asked the cashier to use wrapping paper before taking the items out of the store. Also I asked the winner store cashier if they want to check my bag or the wrapped items before leaving the store. It was also established that cross buying or cross payments were not considered theft.

October 13 of 2025: I was in my apartment on Thanksgiving Day 2025 but browser was showing a wrong postal code different than my physical location K1G3P2, noticed around 14h45. Perhaps some one else’s postal code was being shown in my browser to create some kind of deception and to make a fool of those who know my location, because I was not hiding.
October 13 of 2025: Recently it was noticed that Winners brand store and HomeSens brand store located in Bayshore Mall sell each others products. Sticky Price label on the item I bought from Winners brand store recently and paid by my card, was printed by HomeSense. Winners store is located one floor above the HomeSense store which is on the same floor as Apple brand store and TD Canadatrust. I hope that Winners store and other stores, restaurants, consumer products and service providers do not have the same issue with card payments as Staples Store™ (documented few days earlier). Winnersbrand and HomeSense brand are both owned by the TJX group of companies.
October 13 of 2025: Thanksgiving day of this year. Nearly all businesses and services were closed, except few which were open limited hours.
October 12 of 2025: PC financial bank card with master card logo has a label of “money card” which I find misleading, comes initialized with zero dollars and customer is required to deposit money on the card to be able to use it, so it becomes like a cash card after deposit on it. Another company used to promote a similar card “neo” in the malls in Ottawa. PC financials has no physical bank branches, banking services were available just as web based banking.
October 12 of 2025: Purchased my dinner at the restaurant located inside Doubletree (former Novotel Hotel), Nicholas St., paid bill by my pc financial card. back in my apartment around 20h30.
October 11 of 2025: I bought some breakfast supplies for myself for my own consumption in my apartment from a convenience store at the intersection of St-Laurent and Plesant Park St. around 07h00 and walked back to my apartment. Paid using my own money card, did not use my parent’s card, moreover I am divorced and my offsprings are absent from my life and from home. Some of These convenience store do not put the items purchased in a shopping bag, which bothers me because I learned in the beginning about 45 years ago, in western countries that taking items purchased, out of the stores without a shopping bags was considered shoplifting (or theft).
Consumer protection agencies and other relevant agencies must publish current standards and rules for the consumers/shoppers as a reminder or to educate with the current standards. These convenience stores were not mom and pop corner stores, they use some franchise name to attract customers, so franchise providers/owners should enforce their rules and provide necessary supplies to operate the businesses with uniform standards across all the chain stores.
October 11 of 2025: a man who was using bunk bed above my bunk bed in the shelter in 2023 was seen leaving in a car early this morning when I was standing out side the building to feel the weather.
October 11 of 2025: stepped out of the building around 06h20 for morning walk.
October 11 of 2025: According to a poster in the lobby of this building, “Bell testing” Day by Troy falls on my eldest offspring Ahsan’s Birhtday, just two days before the youngest offspring Bilal’s birthday. Just a reminder that I did not abandon my family ever, never,whatso ever. Details about it can be found in bucks county Court House (family court) of Pennsylvania. Altering any records will not change the truth, such facts are recorded in multiple places and guarded beyond ordinary people’s comprehension. It will be in every ones interest to live a honest life.
October 10 of 2025: returned back to my apartment around 19h15, annunciator panel was not beeping, but red pre alarm light was turned on the display panel. Also the display panel clock was showing incorrect time.
October 10 of 2025: as soon as I entered the lobby around 12h25, a beeping alarm originating from the Honeywell panel on the wall was heard, panel display was showing smoke on third floor was the reason for it, also on floor 3 unknown odor was detected, perhaps due to cooking or smoking etc. Used the men’s toilet in Corridor ‘A’. A man was seen sitting on the short bench in the buffer zone of the lobby. Another man was seen entering elevator while I was keying in this observation on my phone, after completing it, I used elevator to check my apartment on floor 3. Two men spoke to each other. When I stepped out of the building early morning, annunciator panel was normal, without beeping.
October 09 of 2025: a passenger on October transpo route 98 bumped into me after getting off the vehicle at the intersection of conroy when Route 40 was approaching the stop on the other side of intersection, (this bumpy passenger could have delayed me by few minutes to make me miss the connecting bus, bumpy passenger created a impedance in my path), happened after getting off route 98, I was rushing to get to the route 40 stop and not miss the bus (this was the bus which was late at bridal path stop), passenger got of the bus from the back door and bumped into me as I was heading towards the back side of the bus/intersection crossing to cross the road to get to the stop of route 40. I was quick not to miss it and arrived safely to my apartment, made few stops on the way.
October 09 of 2025: checked out Seoul Mart near spa, bought a drink at craft, came back via huntclub, conroy, Russell Rd, quick grocery trip to Independent in the neoghbourhood and back to my apartment. Route 40 was late schedule, route 98 arrived at the same departure time instead of route 40 so used I used route 98 to Lorrygreenberg and transferred to 40 etc. to get back to my apartment.
October 09 of 2025: CanadianTire™ around Coventry and Bestbuy™ area needs a triangle rewards card to scan or swipe to check the balance. Phone # number with ID should be sufficient to check balance or activity as an alternate to travel angle rewards card. 10h25

October 08 of 2025: Bought my lunch at a restaurant on Richmond Rd, (Goldfinch, but payment receipt was issued by Zak’s Diner, perhaps they use Zak’s machine) back in my apartment by 15h00, submitted a information report to Consumer Protection Ontario regarding a record/purchase receipt of A35 dated November 2024 purchased from Staples store in Ottawa.
October 07 of 2025: a rainy and windy night, nearly all day with warm remoerarures, expected to be cooler starting from October 08 of 2025.
October 07 of 2025: visited the Kanata location of Easy financial after I received a bogus call or message from somewhere on my 9237 mobile number. I am not their client, never was. Bought my lunch for dine in at 3 brewers L3B restaurant in Kanata (also known as micro brwery 3 brasseurs, paid cash for the food with some tip. This was my second dine in visit at this restaurant. The only Gazette menu restaurant. Bus route 12 from Lyon to Sun life/Queens fare/CBC, route 6 to Cooper St. was maiting at McLeod St. came back to my apartment via Billingsbridge and Elmvale by about 16h30
October 06 of 2025: in n out, Geeenboro, downtown. Liam mcquire, back by 21h30
October 05 of 2025: I came back to my building from downtown area, used a taxi from a grocery store. Lot of people were seen in and around the lobby. Three people were seen entering the garbage dump from the lobby and few minutes later exited through the back door towards the Rogers buildings (4th side of the building). Bought my meal for the day at a restaurant in downtown was not a good value meal because of low quality. 18h00 – perhaps because of Sunday OC Transpo service was irregular many areas on the way back.
October 05 of 2025: octranspo route 5 departed from Elmvale around 09h25 has a defective Presto tap machine. Sunday and Wednesday are free of frae bus ride days for Seniors in Ottawa, so it did not make any difference for me. Moreover, can not be interpreted as “didn’t pay” because I use a monthly pass which requires advance payment for the entire month at the time of purchase and activation. So for me Sundays and Wednesdays are double perky days. To deal with such situations OC transpo/Municipality of City of Ottawa should install second presto tap machine at at the back door as well as a backup.
October 05 of 2025: I just saw a clip on CTV ottawa news of race for “end of homelessness”, may be a good initiative, but they (i.e. relevant authorities) should consider to provide protected status to already housed people, protection from unlawful evictions, and unlawful occupations of properties (i.e. protection from intruders). Any rental matters are financial matters, they should look at the financial situation of the impacted people instead of such “unhouseing” situations etc.
October 04 of 2025: remained indoors, walked around few blocks in the beighbourhoid.
October 03 of 2025: visited Teron area after visiting the staples store Merivale Location, back to apartment between 21h00 and 22h00. First time Eagleson station was seen crowded, usually there were very few people waiting.
October 03 of 2025: visited a Staples™ store in Ottawa to get a transaction record/sales receipt of a product I bought nearly a year ago, showed the staff my card statement which I used for payment and told them the last four digits of the card, staff was not able to locate the transaction. This may happen if the transaction was erased from the system or if the card number of payment was replaced by some other card with same last four digit or perhaps they were being told by some one to issue this record because it was nearly a year old record, or perhaps using for some thing else. A new recruit of the store or in retail resisted even look it up in the system by saying that they don’t have records more than six months old, after serving a customer he contacted some one else in a corner office to locate the transaction. He could not find it. After this discovery I can understand why they make the efforts to create a negative image of or a atmosphere around a customer by saying “didn’t pay“. After completing transaction, in the background, if they change the card number with same last gour digit card, than the transaction payment can not be found and they will say “didn’t pay“, like “didn’t call“, or “didn’ file“. This is a method to make a fool because common sense and law is that stores and businesses allow the merchandise to leave from the premises of the business after payment was received by the business otherwise not. Phone are not kept in open on the shelves, the sales person who sold the phone to me went to the back of the office to bring the box out and handed the box to me after payment transaction was completed. It is my own personal phone in my possession, in my use in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2, since November 2024. (Was not purchased in 2025, NOT in 2025). After purchasing the phone in 2024, I bought a cup of coffee to sip during settting up the phone before leaving from the store, this took me about half an hour, used the wifi during setup. Walked to the YMCA and continued setup with wifi in addition to SIM card wireless connectivity.
October 03 of 2025: I am not Arabic speaking (in conversation), but two moms with strollers boarded the same bus as I was on route 111 around 14h30, got off at Chesterton St. Merivale Rd. Stop, English is my primary language but I am from urdu speaking family of Sub continent, I do not speak any other languages and I am not SAR, CER, SIR or ZAR absolutely not. Moreover, Engineers are above any of the sounds mentioned before.

October 02 of 2025: those who conspire to build negative profile of others (i.e. technical professional), may be normal for political work as part of their trade, must know that I was not dragging my feet, I was just timing myself. Consider to do something positive, will be better for every one.
October 02 of 2025: I bought a soup of the day at HGI around 20h30, I did not allow anyone one to enter my apartment in my absence, back to in my apartment around 21h45.
October 02 of 2015: bought a lucky HOT PIN.
October 02 of 2025: today my samsung products registration of A35 (bought in 2024 from staples) phone and galaxy book (bought in 2023 bought from Bestbuy) was found corrupted or tempered. Further analysing this issue, work in progress. Completed by Oct 04 and decided to delete the Samsung profile. Not pursuing it any further. Product registration required purchase details, receipts etc, which were submitted at the time of registration, but was sabotaged by altering my product registration. Not a mandatory requirement for such inexpensive consumer products, also it was detected that perhaps card of payment was replaced by someone else’s card with same last four digits. Staples store staff was not able to locate the transaction receipt in their system, I have the card statement which shows the transaction. It was an obsolete or outdated product when I purchased at android 14, I upgraded it to android 15 and android 16 by my own efforts.
October 02 of 2025: in the lobby of the building detected some changes in the AIP ending plan. Perhaps not ending immediately.
October 02 of 2025: visited a trade show at EY centre, complimentary entry, a complimentary voucher was issued by the welcome desk which had a QR code, handed to the staff at the entrance. Spoke to few vendors such as roofing tiles, windows, furniture. Koodo Telus etc, exited the hall, and came back to my apartment around 16h00, made few stops on the way.
October 02 of 2025: around 10h00 when I was listening to the BMO phone banking transactions, connection was lost which resulted in “end of call”, perhaps due to bad signal or overcrowded lines of the call Center, I hope it was not due to wireless phone mobile wire tapping.
October 02 of 2025: called ARM to return their call, they were trying to reach some one else by dialing incorrectly.
October 01 of 2025: three voice messages, one from a unknown number regarding monitoring system in a house but dud not leave a call back number and two messages from ARM. Look into these messages next working day
October 01 of 2025: visited EY centre, bought my morning meal at HGI. Bought my lunch at A&W merivale 01h10 PM. ATM issued was resolved at the Old branch of BMO. Branch scanned my Driver’s licence in some kind of scanner, I asked the officer if he wanted to copy my licence before giving it to him for scanning in their machine. I allowed the bank this time to scan both side of the licence for a specific reason only, not for anything else, not for any other use anywhere on this planet earth. Back at St-Laurent around 16h40.
