June 30 of 2025: bus stop outside Canadian tire seems to be at a wrong place as was said by the operator of vehicle 6357 route 85 East bound to Lees station from Carlingwood mall around 15h00 because it requires 3 lane changes. He was leaving without serving the stop, three passengers were waiting including myself. All three passengers waived at the bus to get the attention. I spoke to him to find out if the stop was out of service. It was not. I suggested if the stop was at a wrong place OC Transpo should close the stop i.e. take the stop out of service permanently. He said something about understanding issue of why bus did not stop at the station outside Canadian Tire. For the driver three lane changes was the issue.
June 30 of 2023: stepped out of my building apartment 307 around 06h30.
June 30 of 2025: around midnight I saw Philips Chief Designer Sean Carney on a YouTube documentary. I did not see him at Philips in 1981 during my scholarship with Philips in Eindhoven, Netherlands. I was on Scholarship in Eindhoven Netherlands from my place of birth Karachi Pakistan (NOT from North America, neither from Canada nor from USA). A lengthy application process for selection was completed in 1980. First time I traveled to USA, was in 1991 from Dhahran Saudi Arabia as a Honeywell trainee and I First time traveled to Canada on ND2 was in 1993 as landed family immigrant. (PII was one of the many important milestones of my life which I completed before migrating to Canada in 1993. I met more than one PII (Philips) graduates in Ottawa. I joined IEEE as a full member, not as a student member, in 1989 in Dhahran Saudi Arabia but perhaps people in Ottawa had difficulting relating to that because my records from that time did not exist in Ottawa, my original membership records were in Dhahran Saudi Arabia.), my business trips to NEC Corporation Tokyo early during period 1983-1985 were also from Karachi on Passport issued by Govt of Pakistan in my personal capacity not as Govt. Employee, I was never a Govt. Employee (my trips to Japan were NOT from North America neither from Canada nor from USA).
June 29 of 2025: visited one of the old previous neighborhoods where I used to lived and used to work for Hertz Car rental through Surgenir Pontiac. Bought an small crocker for my apartment personal use from Home Hardware.
June 28 of 2025: a puddle of water was seen inside and outside the lounge door “Corridor A” around noon time, a woman was seen entering the garbage door, when I was in the garden area, one man was seen entering the building through the front door and one man was seen exiting through the same door.
June 28 of 2025: called Scotiabank customer services to find out if anyone returned a mini statement receipt. They all ask if they can say my incomplete name, which shows lack of training or adhoc temporary call centre employees. I clarified that it was not a joint account, it was a single person account so they should say my complete name. It was also confirmed that no one can steal my money just by showing a receipt.
June 27 of 2025: visited BMO and Scotia bank to sort out some card issues and statement issues.
June 26 of 2025: visited one of my previous neighborhoods near Merivale/Prince of Wales Dynes Rd area. Updated my BMO account. ATM/ABM machines were out of service because were being upgraded. In branch at the counter machine also was not reading card so Bank officer manually used the card to pull up the account on the screen. Transaction receipt shows the card was not presented instead of showing that machines were down and the card was read and entered manually by the bank staff. I asked the officer if she wanted to read my ID, she responded “we know you” so there was not need for ID, she asked few questions, and entered the card manually on her computer screen.
Also visited Ben Franklin library and the art gallery at centre point came back to my apartment by route 88/80/11/5.
June 25 of 2025: a man was seen in the corridor on floor 3, perhaps talking to some one on speaker phone, I opened the door of my apartment 307 after hearing speaker phone sound, asked him if he was waiting for me, he said “No” around 16h10, he was standing leaning on the opposite wall facing towards my door #307.
June 25 of 2025: visited the housing registry after receiving an email from irent.com – next visited the 1 Nicholas St laws offices and the client services centre at Waller St. Met in person with housing worker Eabit, she wanted to see the bogus letters from OCH which I have already submitted to the lawyers and have a July 14 meeting scheduled on this matter. It was also mentioned to me that Eabit was not longer housing worker for me, I can rent by myself. Visited the OW catherines office to find out about the provincial housing Subsidy program, 211 gave me a referral to call, which was the registry office which I visited earlier this morning, however recorded a message describing my situation and the previous Subsidy number.
June 24 of 2025: visited the Lease location of Scotiabank branch to change a CAD$100.0 to smaller notes around 14h30
June 24 of 2025: around 16h30, lot of people were seen sitting in the lounge not sure if they were sitting there enjoying the air conditioners or waiting for some meetings.
June 23 of 2025: staff of a branch of Scotiabank told me that if a credit card was not used, bank reduces the spending limit on it. Which, I strongly believe is incorrect. During the past 30 years in Canada I experienced that credit Companies increase the credit limit on the card when regular bill payments were made and no default in payments. The new staff now days don’t apply industry standards they apply their own rules to such matters. Perhaps they want people to keep the card at full capacity, used to the max limit, and make minimum payments. Whereas I make as much payment as I can, to keep available credit for emergency spending, that is the difference between a credit card and a gift card. People use a gift card to the max and discard it and get a new card. I make regular payments to reuse the same card for emergencies. Reducing the limit will make my card look like approaching the max. Credit limit on my card after reduction is a very odd number, which clearly shows that it was done to make it look like approaching to max. Not acceptable. Credit card limits are not set tortoise kind of number. Reduction in limit is like stealing something from me to pass on to some one else, which was available to me.
Without linking to any specific situation, Stealing electronically is like taking numbers out of an account and show somewhere else, thieves don’t know it was cash numbers stolen or credit numbers stolen. If it was a gift card it would have resulted in money stolen to make zero balance. In credit card it resulted in reduction of the limit. Before internet and computers such problems and frauds did not exist.
June 23 of 2025: OCH building 1909 Russell Rd, where I am a genuine signatory tenant since 2023 has no central air cooling system, cooling in the apartments was just based on flow/circulation of air, which requires aligning the air intake and and powerful exhaust to make the air move from intake to exhaust, some times difficult to achieve, due to absence of powerful exhaust system in the apartment. However, lounge of this building on floor 1 has wall mounted air conditioning units which makes it a cooling centre strictly for legally rented/housed tenants.
June 22 of 2025: at 17h05 I called my Scotiabank credit card phone line, phone staff was not able to determine card limit, one time he said there was no limit, next time he said contact TransUnion, TransUnion does not tell the credit limit on the card. These reporting agencies do not have an office in Ottawa for in person visit, contacting their out of city office is of no use, because they will ask for copies of IDs and I do not want to submit my IDs by mail, can be misused. They have my ID numbers and old records, they can contact the issuers of the IDs to confirm what ever information they want to confirm/verify. If they can’t afford an office in Ottawa, they can delegate the responsibility to verify person and IDs to service Canada, Service Ontario or a branch of any bank, it should not be a requirement to send a copy of IDs by mail.
I asked him if any branch was open today (on Sunday) in Ottawa. Man on the phone seemed to be unfamiliar with these matters, had difficulty in understanding and difficulty in responding to my queries. Visited a Scotiabank branch on Monday June 23.
June 22 of 2025: I was listening news on my Philips wall mounted monitor.
June 22 of 2025: windy, rainy night in Ottawa with lightning and loud thunder around 01h00 EST time. Strong winds caused something to bang with (perhaps) the balcony grill on the above floor and sounds were heard in my apartment.
June 21 of 2025: Stepped out of my apartment around 17h00 and walked to the neighbourhood stores to get some supplies for my personal consumption. One woman was seen pacing in the corridor and was near my door when I stepped out, another woman entered the building from A side as soon as I opened the garden side door, strong wind opened the door wide open and she quickly jumped in as soon I was out of the building, as if she was waiting for this moment. Upon return when as I was approaching the front door to enter, I felt someone was following me very close to me on my back, I looked over my shoulder, to find out who the person was, to get out of the way of person I decided to use (B) side entrance to get to my apartment on floor 3.
