I need legal protection/mediation from this kind of rent payment increases as calculated by OCH housing company during the months of June 2024 and July 2024 for my apartment 307. Rent increases should be a certain percentage of the current lease amount. I would appreciate if any organization such tenants council help me deal with such rent increases. I will be happy to discuss and share the details of the paper work and applications I submitted to convince OCH housing company not to increase my rent so much which is more than 5 times the current amount specified in the lease signed in 2023 in the presence of witnesses.
