Another incident of malicious intents on September 02 of 2023: Freedommobile systems again messed up (failed) my “autopay” setup (to pay automatically monthly pay before price) on my mobile number (613)413-9812 on September 02 of 2023, not very reliable system. My intervention was required to make the payment using freedommobile IVR to avoid defaulting, which deprived me of my digital discount. This system requires constant monitoring every month which defeats the purpose of using automation /technology to “autopay”. It appears to me that freedommobile systems is still in infancy and can not be relied for “autopay”. Posted on September 03 of 2023 in Ottawa Ontario Canada. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN/INTEREST

freedommobile management and technical teams should look into this matter, if the “autopay” was not activated as setup than either it was a bug in the system or due to manual intervention. Bugs must be found and fixed and if it was a human manual intervention, they should investigate, where it started who did it and why ?, may be that the anti technology mafia was trying to sabotage the transaction.
