1- (malicious intents as described in my appeal)- My handwritten Five page Appeal Document written in my own handwriting in Ottawa in May 2023 — written in January 2023 was valid in August 2023 as well. There have been more negative and discouraging developments since after I wrote the appeal document in January 2023 such as letter box and mail issue in Brampton, handwritten eviction notice placed on my door, change of lock to block my entry into the house around Family Day 2023 weekend in Brampton, these new discouraging developments have been documented on my website. No air transportation was provided to me to go back home permanently where I lived before immigration to Canada in 1993. At present I am back in Ottawa since April 03 of 2023. I have been clearly and loudly requesting, verbally and in writing through shelters programs and OW, my website and social media to send me back to my home in my previous country of residence where I lived up untill 1993 before immigration to Canada. There seems to be no end to such negativity and harmful tactics for unknown purpose which was obviously not noble. Such tactics will not break me apart (absolutely NOT) to join them because such people have failed during the past 66 years of my age, and will fail further in future. This will be a challenge for such people (who are obviously illiterate) to play honestly and increase their literacy level and broaden their mind to understand others and get along with others i.e. tolerance. Currently in Ottawa of Canada. Repeated in Ottawa on Canada Day 2023 and every day untill this matter gets resolved. As of August 01 of 2023 I will be a tenant at 1909 Russell Rd., Ottawa Ontario K1G3P4 apartment #307. Waiting at the apartment for my starter kit and furniture delivery on July 31 of 2023.

PS: in all my postings and Appeal documents I refer to the residential tenancy, I am not and was not a commercial tenant at any of my current or previous addresses.

There have been new negative and discouraging developments after writing the appeal document in January 2023 such as letter box and mail issue, handwritten eviction notice placed on my door just few days before Family Day 2023, change of lock to block my entry into the house around Family Day 2023 weekend which was seen by me on Family Day 2023, rent was stopped in March 2023 for the month of April 2023, these new discouraging developments have been documented on my website. There seems to be no end to such negativity and harmful tactics for unknown purpose which was obviously not noble. Such tactics will not break me apart (absolutely NOT) to join them because such people have failed during the past 66 years of my age, and will fail further in future. This will be a challenge for such people (who are obviously illiterate) to play honestly and to increase their literacy level (not just by showing degrees and certificates in possession but by actual learning and contributing towards the humanity intellectually and by work) and broaden their mind to understand others and get along with others i.e. tolerance and understanding towards others differeces. World can not be governed by illiterate work force and illiterate dignitaries. Currently situated in Ottawa Ontario Canada waiting for flight out of Canada to go back home to Saudi Arabia.

A month to month lease was signed on July 28 of 2023 with Ottawa Community Housing and my present address since July 28 is 1909 Russell Rd., Ottawa Ontario K1G3P2 Canada (Apartment 307) – same address is printed by the computers as 307-1909 Russell Rd., Ottawa Ontario K1G3P2 Canada. This was a positive development since June 19 of 2022 that I am back on housing program after the illegal occupation (and illegal eviction without Ontario LTB orders) of my housing in Hamilton Ontario and Brampton Ontario.

Shelter staff in Ottawa is repeating the same manual as they did in the past in Hamilton. A coughing person around me in the same room where I am, and a snorting person. So they are keeping sick people around me in the bunk beds in the same room where my bunk bed 255 was, probably these people used my name or similar in the past, now to say such and such symptoms for {Khalid Mahmood}, which was not true.

Half of the staff addresses me as “Khalid” and other half addresses me as “Mahmood”. I have been through such tactics before as well during the past nearly 20 years since 2005, that is when they started doing this. I am not sure what they are trying to find out, just trying to annoy and irritate me by such tactics or something else. It was also observed that the staff in the dinning area checking the list calls people by the first name when they mark it. Whereas the staff who assigns beds uses last name from the list.
