I got the OW IVR fixed on May 04 of 2023 in the afternoon after nearly 16 months but Why was my {i.e. the undersigned Khalid Mahmood} OW IVR login was disabled. Is OW IVR not available to the OW recipients. If not, there should be a clear correspondence about it. Under the act of “freedom of information act” it is my right to be able to access my information. Something to think about. How can my OW IVR become disabled by itself. I tried to call the support on phone, first time they were not able to hear and next time no response to my call. Very strange behaviour of the people who were supposed to help people in need.
