A new development in the house on February 07 of 2023 around 19h00 – Urgent help required to deal with this situation. I need a plane ticket urgently instead of looking for another place in Brampton, another person (a tall person claiming to be the owner of the house “Kawal Preet”) is getting involved in this matter, without Shahid Anwar’s presence. Is this how they handle rental/housing matters now in Canada. This is very disturbing. Higher authorities should look into it and think about better alternatives/procefures to teach to the landlords than using such bully type people/owners. I told him that I was just waiting for my flight and a ticket I will leave from Canada, there was no reason to show me such temper and language to vacate the house, I am not a illegal occupier, I am just one person on my own, I pay my rent which I get from OW, so what is the reason for such hostility, I am not responsible for others in the house. He knocked on other doors as well, before knocking on my door, no one responded. He refused to provide me his contact information. I was not given any advance information about this encounter with this tall boy. 10’O clock meeting on Feb 08 was cancelled by him. Similar behaviour was shown by a rent receiver team of Oliver and Dianna in Hamilton during my tenancy at Fennell Ave. East where I Iived for over five years.
