Attention Legal Community and lawyers in Ontario. A rent receiver does not want to write any receipt for the money he receives from me (or perhaps all the tenants), and no witness present so what is the protection for me as a tenant in this house that rent was paid specially when such events have we been taking place in the past in HAMILTON as well which I have documented on my website.
