My rent receiver spoke to me around 12h30 on January 02 of 2023, I asked him how he wants to receive the current months rent cash or E-Transfer. He replied he will use the deposit rent for January 2023 and told me to make it last month (i.e. vacate the room) by the end of the month, instead of telling me cash or email transfer. He did not agree to receive the rent for current month because his cousin were coming from overseas and he wants to keep his cousins with him in this house at 10 Conover Court. He offered me to find another place for me. I said if he can find another place for me why not house his cousins in that place. I am appealing to the air lines and other authorities to issue an emergency ticket for me so that I leave from here in January 2023 to go back to my previous contracts work in Dammam Saudi Arabia. Please save me from another displacement (or misplacement) from my residence at 10 Conover Court, and save me from the repeat of the recent past six months treatment. He did not agree to receive the rent for current month because his cousin were coming from overseas and he wants to keep his cousins with him in this house at 10 Conover Court. I called the North Peel Dufferin Community Legal Clinic on January 03 of 2022 between 09h30 – 10h00 while I was at Sunset grill restaurant adjacent to Brampton BEC 41 George. A person by the name of Alley (phonetically) took the call and after asking few identification questions opened a file for the matter of “receiver not accepting the rent and verbal notice” just after one month of tenancy. One staff of community legal clinic called me in the afternoon on January 4th and said the same to open the file on this matter. I reminded her that it was already done by Alley on the 3rd of January and I wanted to have a in person meeting with a lawyer. There was some confusion about it. I will follow it up further with the community legal clinic on January 05 of 2023 on this matter. This exhibits lack of responsibility on such critical and important matters.
