Deadbolt lock of door #2 in this building got some how messed up. No one came forward to help me with the issue. Since the key was not inserting all way inside to unlock, I was out of my place for 5 nights and no locksmith was available (even called a locksmith in Niagara). Spoke to a neighbour in the building in unit 3 who had no interest in helping.
This happened after Oliver spoke to me about a rental matter (a dispute of not paying) over the phone same day 10/22/2020 early morning, while I was near wall mart/ mall area doing some personal errands.
I assumed it was just mechanical malfunction. Issue was reported (as soon as it was found around 14h00 same day) to OW case manager of my file to document in their system and requested him to provide me hotel stay untill issued was resolved, my request was declined.
On 10/31/2020 Oliver forcibly broke into my unit 2 while I was indoors inside my unit 2 and snatched the curtains from my windows and ran out of the door with the curtains burglar style (like in cartoons and movies, only difference was without wearing a cover on the eyes).

Monthly Tenant (in this building since 2017 May – 4.5 years – in October 2021 – I was trapped to rent in such building, I did not ask for this address.)
A suggestion to the technical and Engineering Colleges/Universities to include some courses in their programme to prepare graduate students to learn to survive the shock and stress of govt. provided social assistance due to unemployment and unknown reasons, which I was never/not taught.
